Cardinal Central at Ball State University represents a new, integrated service center designed to support students in a centralized, accessible manner. It aims to streamline various administrative processes by providing a single point of contact for a broad range of resources and information.

The facility prioritizes reducing bureaucratic barriers by offering accurate guidance, prompt responses, and first-contact resolution whenever possible, along with appropriate referrals when necessary.

Students can perform a variety of tasks through Cardinal Central, including updating class schedules, requesting transcripts, managing their eBill accounts, and accessing financial aid information. The center also provides support for programs and services catering to 21st Century Scholars and commuter students, as well as guidance on the total withdrawal process.
